BROWARD COLLEGE & FAU A. HUGH ADAMS PARKING GARAGE

The scope of this project consisted of civil engineering services for the design-build team for a 5-story 1,000-vehicle parking garage located at the Broward College, Davie campus.
R.J. Behar’s responsibilities included site planning, paving, grading, drainage, and exterior parking lot layout and design, as well as drainage design, permitting, utility coordination, and water and sewer design.
R.J. Behar also provided support during construction and inspections. This project incorporated extensive coordination with the local drainage district (CBWCD) and updates to the college drainage master plan.
