GARDEN OF THE ARTS

R.J. Behar was contracted by the City of Hialeah to perform civil site design for the Garden of the Arts Park. The project included a new parking lot and grading of the ball fields. The services entailed paving, grading, and drainage plans. The plans required permitting by the DRER and the City of Hialeah.
The project won the Cuban-American Association of Civil Engineers Project of the Year Award.
