I-595 MOBILITY HUB PARK & RIDE
Client: FDOT, District 4 | Broward County
The scope of work for this project included modifying the mobility hub to increase and maximize the number of parking slots, reviewing the Reese Road connection to improve access control, and improving circulation. These improvements required modifications to the existing drainage, lighting, signing, pavement markings, and landscaping.
R.J. Behar’s services included the preparation of a community awareness plan, preparing flyers, attending a public meeting, and coordinating with the Town of Davie, Broward County Transit Agency, and FDOT. The site design included preparing a master plan of the proposed improvements for review and approval. The design included geometric design, quantities, specifications, cost estimates, drainage design and drainage plans, signing and marking design and plans, lighting design and plans, utility coordination, and preparing the required permit modifications.
