Since the year 2015, R.J. Behar has been providing miscellaneous engineering services to the City of Coconut Creek. For this task, the City of Coconut Creek requested design services for improvements to the overflow parking at the Public Services & Emergency Operations Center.
The scope of services included parking lot geometric design, paving, grading, illumination analysis, drainage design, pavement markings, utility coordination, permitting, cost estimating, preparation of specifications, and construction assistance.
