CITY CENTER TRAFFIC IMPACT STUDY
CLIENT: CITY OF PEMBROKE PINES | BROWARD COUNTY
The objective of this traffic impact study was to determine the impact of the vehicular traffic generated by the proposed development project. The traffic analyses focused on determining the effects in a two-year projection time period and assessed the existing and future conditions, with and without the project’s generated vehicular traffic. The scope of work included traffic data collection, trip generation analysis, trip distribution, trip assignment, crash history, and capacity/level-of-service (LOS) analyses. The analyses included eight intersections.
