The project scope included developing vehicular traffic generation to determine the increase in vehicular trips resulting from the proposed high school project. The study assessed existing and future roadway capacity, Level-of-Service (LOS), and traffic operations at the project’s driveways, the selected study intersections, and roadway segments using SYNCHRO 11 and identified potential roadway improvements and measures to mitigate identified deficiencies.
