Transportation engineering is the foundation of R.J. Behar. We integrate land use issues and transportation relationships to provide the proper balance between the travel modes and the operation of the facility, taking into consideration the social, environmental, and engineering restrictions. R.J. Behar can perform transportation studies for arterials and corridor networks. Traffic flow theory is utilized to analyze individual elements of the transportation system. We integrate non-motorized and motorized traffic in the analysis of both land development projects as well as traffic management projects.
